We LOVE solving the most baffling and complex mysteries which develop in the built environment. From the banality of failed caulk on poorly done flashing, to deciphering current truth in hundreds of years old barns, we have excelled at diagnosing the cause and various possible solutions for the problems which tend to develop as structures age. We have experience with houses, garages, barns, outbuildings, cabins, etc. Due to the nature of this type of work, we offer no free consultation, and use a sliding scale based on the time it takes to figure out what has gone wrong and what to do about it, $200 minimum charge for up to an hour, inclusive of driving time over 20 min. $175/hour for up to 2 hours, $150/hour for up to 4 hours, and $125/hour for up to 8 hours, and our standard $110/hour for anything over 8 hours, plus driving time over 20min and rounded to the quarter hour, after the first hour.
